Use of Photos and Video

Participation in Foundation programs, events, and activities may include photography, video recording, or audio recording.

Media captured during these activities may be used for purposes including but not limited to:

• program promotion

• educational materials

• website content

• social media

• fundraising and outreach

• printed marketing materials

• press and media coverage

These materials help the Foundation highlight the impact of our programs and the success of our participants.

Youth Participants

For programs involving minors, photo or video content may be captured during activities or events.

Parents or legal guardians may be asked to provide consent for the use of images or video of their child during registration, participation forms, or program waivers.

The Foundation strives to use images and media in a respectful and responsible manner that reflects the mission and values of the organization.

Privacy Considerations

We do not intentionally publish sensitive personal information about program participants.

Names, identifying information, or personal details about youth participants are not shared publicly without appropriate consent.

Opt-Out Requests

If a participant or parent/guardian prefers that their image or their child’s image not be used in promotional materials, they may request to opt out.

Requests can be submitted by contacting the Foundation.

While we make every effort to honor such requests, images captured in large public events or group settings may occasionally appear in general event coverage.
