Fredricka “Freddie” Beckford, MBA, is a results-driven strategist with extensive experience in customer success, relationship management, and business growth. With a strong background in client lifecycle management, retention strategy, and cross-functional leadership, she brings a data-informed approach to building partnerships and expanding organizational impact.
Born in Jamaica and a past student of Queens High School, Freddie’s connection to youth development and community empowerment is deeply personal. Her early experiences continue to shape her commitment to helping create opportunities that allow young people to reach their full potential.
As Director of Outreach & Development for the Lennox Lewis League of Champions Foundation, Fredricka focuses on strengthening community engagement, cultivating strategic partnerships, and supporting initiatives that expand opportunities for youth. She works closely with community leaders, partners, and supporters to help extend the reach of the Foundation’s programs and ensure more young people benefit from mentorship, discipline, and life-skills development through sport.
Fredricka is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to translate strategic ideas into meaningful partnerships that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for the next generation.
